Fully Insulated Asphalt Tank

Fully insulated tank is equipped with separate low pressure electronic burner for hating the asphalt. Teh positive displacement jacketed asphalt pumps is provided with hot oil circularing system. All pipelines are hot oil jacketed and insulated. The asphalt pump is coupled with reduction gear box adn D. C. Motor.

Fully Insulated Asphalt Tank of 15 tons capacity with thermic fluid jacketed pipes to prevent clogging of bitumen comes along with the plant.

Surge hopper is hydraulically operated with automatic or manual controls and prevents segregation of mixed material.
